When our conversation ended and she had asked me several times if there was more she could do to help me in any way, I realized this was perhaps the very best customer service I have ever experienced from a company’s call center. She truly embodied the words “Customer Care.”
It’s nice to know that you can still get good customer service these days. Normally I am passed around from recording to recording, pushing buttons till I get cut off and very angry. Thank you, Kayla and AT&T for renewing my faith in customer care.
P.S. The AT&T Call Center where Kayla works is in North Carolina, USA.
